We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated during the checkout process.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. We will do our best to deliver within the quoted time frame. For detailed information on delivery times, options, and coverage areas, please refer to our Delivery Information page.
Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If a product is delivered damaged, please contact us within 4 hours of receipt with photographic evidence for a possible replacement or refund.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dream Balloon and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dream Balloon.
In no event shall Dream Balloon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
